The Fresh Food Co. is our all-you-care-to-eat dining hall. Serving a rotating menu at ten stations, the Fresh Food Company's philosophy is based on fresh ingredients and scratch cooking.
Inside the Fresh Food Company, you'll find True Balance. USA Dining takes food allergens very seriously and works diligently to accommodate students with food allergies. All of the foods served at our True Balance station are made without the top 8 most common allergens including: milk, egg, peanut, tree nut, soy, wheat, shellfish, and fish. We solve for gluten by eliminating wheat, barley and rye. Meals served at the True Balance station are prepared in an allergen-free area of the kitchen, including secluded storage areas to eliminate the chance of cross-contact.
